Referring to our marks. You may use a mark in plain text to accurately refer to the product or program (for example, "data from NM Data Studio"). Don't use a logo, alter a mark, combine it with your own name, or use it in a way that suggests sponsorship or endorsement without a brand license.

Data & attribution

Many platforms in the portfolio build on public datasets from government sources. Those underlying public records remain public; what's protected is the selection, modeling, methods, software, and presentation built around them. When you cite a figure, credit both the platform and the original public source named alongside it.
